Working at height requires the use of a Safety Harness for protection against falling. All work and activity conducted at height, where a possibility of a fall is real, should be undertaken wearing the correct safety harness and the starting point is selecting the correct one. Safety harnesses are mandatory in many industries such as construction and in general roof top maintenance, as well as in renewable energy, when installing rooftop solar panels and electricity generating wind turbines. Other industries that require harnesses, such as full body harnesses, are aviation, maintenance and oil and gas exploration.

It is as important to know how to put on a full body harness, as it is to understand that not all safety harnesses are equal in safety. A cheap and basic harness can be quite dangerous, especially if it is not worn correctly. Falling in a badly fitted safety harness can cause very serious injury. Even a well constructed and suitable harness is only really safe, offering the correct protection, when it is fitted and worn correctly. Therefore ensuring the operator is well trained in knowing how to assess what the risk is from falling from height and knowing how to select and put on the correct full body harness is crucial to his or her safety.

We offer a wide range of safety harnesses, including the following designs and styles. The range of 3M DBI SALA Harnesses that we offer include the ExoFit Nex Safety Harnesses, Exofit Strata Safety Harnesses, which are the lightest weight harnesses on the market and the Delta range of Safety Harnesses. We also supply the full range of Protecta Pro New Generation safety harnesses.

As well as this, we offer a wide range of Single Rear D Ring attachment Point Safety Harnesses and Front and Rear connecting points that come with standard and quick connecting buckles, as well as Full Body Safety Harnesses with Support Belts. We also offer different types of Rescue Safety Harnesses, Marine Flotation Harnesses, Suspension Safety Harnesses and Multi Point Safety Harnesses, as well as a range of welder’s harnesses, HI VIZ harnesses and harnesses made from Kevlar.

All our harnesses come from leading industry brands, known for their quality and safety such as Petzl, 3M DBI SALA and 3M Protecta.

While we offer a complete range of safety harnesses, we also offer certified courses to learn how to use harnesses and other fall protection equipment. Our harnesses are designed to offer complete protection when working at height, these products do not just comply with the required safety standards but exceed most standards.
