DBI-SALA have launched safety harness innovations such as the spring-loaded, stand-up back D-ring, Delta™ No-Tangle pad, locking quick connect buckles and the Revolver™ torso adjusters. While many of our safety harnesses can be used on most jobs, we also manufacture safety harnesses for specific uses within different industries. All of our industry-leading harnesses meet all applicable standards and regulations.

Multi-Purpose Harnesses provide additional attachment points such as front, rear and side D-rings which allow one to work in a variety of situations. The padded belt provides all day back support plus positioning rings that allow tool carrying options.

Work Positioning Harnesses have positioning D-rings located on the hips for use with pole straps or work positioning lanyards, which allow hands-free operation. Harnesses of this kind may include integral waist belts.

Ladder Climbing Harnesses with a front attachment points such as a D-ring or web loops are the correct harness for connecting to a permanent ladder cable system. They can be used with cable locking or rope grabbing devices which attach to the front of the harness.

Suspension/Rigging Harnesses includes a lot of attachment points such as front, rear and side D-rings allowing the user to work in a variety of situations. These multi-use harnesses are ideal for rescue, rope access and rigging as well as tower and arboricultural positions.

Welding and electrical maintenance require Nomex®/Kevlar® or nylon web construction offering fire resistance or arc flash protection.

Confined Space Entry/Retrieval Harnesses have one attachment point located on each shoulder strap to help facilitate upright retrieval from confined spaces. This type of harness is often used with a Y-type retrieval lanyard connected to the winch or 3-way self-retracting lifeline.
